Initial Consultation: Appointment Policy

Each individual client:

May only receive one free Initial Consultation service from Interview Match LLC.

Will only have a 5 minute grace period to show up to their appointment or it will be cancelled.
Will have a strict 30 minute appointment time frame enforced from the booked start time.
Must email us at career.services@InterviewMatch.org at least 24 hours before your booked start time for any cancellation or rescheduling of your Initial Consultation.

Out of respect to other clients:

If you provided prior notice to Interview Match LLC under 24 hours of the booked start time to cancel or reschedule your Initial Consultation meeting, as a courtesy we will allow for a maximum of two more attempts to reschedule.
If no prior notice was given to Interview Match LLC under 24 hours of the booked start time and you did not cancel, reschedule or show up to your Initial Consultation, we will allow for a maximum of one more attempt to reschedule.

Appointment Policy For Paid Services

Each individual client:

Will only have a 10 minute grace period from the booked start time before the appointment is cancelled.
Will have a strict 1 hour appointment time frame enforced from the booked start time.
Must maintain professional conduct at all times with the sole purpose of achieving the client’s career related goals.
May not record sessions as this is strictly prohibited.
Is encouraged to limit background noise.
Is encouraged to have their camera on during the booked appointment, but it is not mandatory.
Understands that all services are solely intended for the individual client. For minors (under the age of 18), parents are allowed to accompany them.
Understands that all information shared and discussed, including documents, forms and any other resources provided to them by Interview Match must be kept confidential.
Must email Interview Match LLC at career.services@InterviewMatch.org at least 24 hours before your booked start time for any cancellation or rescheduling of your Initial Consultation. Client’s must provide the following information: Name, time, phone/email, service, time frame, reason for change.

Payment & Refund Policy

Payment must be received 24 hours prior to the booked appointment start time.
Cancellations or No Shows.
Once payment process has initiated, Interview Match LLC, will not issue any refunds as per the appoint policy for paid services.

Consulta Inicial: Política De Citas

Cada cliente individual:

Solo puede recibir un servicio gratuito de Consulta Inicial de Interview Match LLC.

Solo tendrá un período de gracia de 5 minutos para presentarse a su cita o se cancelará.
Se aplicará un estricto plazo de cita de 30 minutos a partir de la hora de inicio reservada.
Debe enviarnos un correo electrónico a profession.services@InterviewMatch.org al menos 24 horas antes de la hora de inicio reservada para cualquier cancelación o reprogramación de su Consulta Inicial.

Por respeto a otros clientes:

Si proporcionó un aviso previo a Interview Match LLC en menos de 24 horas de la hora de inicio reservada para cancelar o reprogramar su reunión de Consulta Inicial, como cortesía permitiremos un máximo de dos intentos más para reprogramar.
Si no se le dio aviso previo a Interview Match LLC antes de las 24 horas de la hora de inicio reservada y usted no canceló, reprogramó ni se presentó a su Consulta Inicial, permitiremos un máximo de un intento más de reprogramar.

Política De Citas Para Servicios Pagos

Cada cliente individual:

Solo tendrá un período de gracia de 10 minutos desde la hora de inicio reservada antes de que se cancele la cita.
Tendrá un marco de tiempo de cita estricto de 1 hora a partir de la hora de inicio reservada.
Debe mantener una conducta profesional en todo momento con el único propósito de lograr los objetivos relacionados con la carrera del cliente.
No puede grabar sesiones ya que está estrictamente prohibido.
Se alienta a limitar el ruido de fondo.
Se recomienda tener la cámara encendida durante la cita reservada, pero no es obligatorio.
Entiende que todos los servicios están destinados exclusivamente al cliente individual. Para los menores (menores de 18 años), los padres pueden acompañarlos.
Entiende que toda la información compartida y discutida, incluidos los documentos, formularios y cualquier otro recurso que les proporcione Interview Match, debe mantenerse confidencial.
Debe enviar un correo electrónico a Interview Match LLC a profession.services@InterviewMatch.org al menos 24 horas antes de la hora de inicio reservada para cualquier cancelación o reprogramación de su Consulta Inicial. El cliente debe proporcionar la siguiente información: nombre, hora, teléfono / correo electrónico, servicio, marco de tiempo, motivo del cambio.

Política De Pago Y Reembolso

El pago debe recibirse 24 horas antes de la hora de inicio de la cita reservada.
Cancelaciones o ausente.
Una vez que se haya iniciado el proceso de pago, Interview Match LLC no emitirá ningún reembolso según la política de designación para servicios pagados.
