The customer service at Interview Match was amazing. They truly care about their clients and do their best to cater their services to clients’ individual needs. I learned so much during my interview prep sessions. My career counselor (Hector) was incredibly patient with me as I struggle a bit at first with remembering everything I had previously done as part of my experiences. Yet, he made me feel super comfortable and cheered me on with encouraging words and positivity throughout the whole process. Even though I thought I knew how to interview, this was not an easy session as I realized how much I still needed to learn. Thank you for taking me slightly out of my comfort zone as I increasingly improved my interviewing skills. I was offered a job a few days after my last session with Hector.
