My name is Amina Lee and I am a college sophomore at Sierra College in California. As a Human Resource Intern at Interview Match, I make sure to update our job postings, assist in orientation for new interns, create a spreadsheet for incoming applicants, prescreen candidates, and secure confidential documents in our system. My career goal is to become a Human Resource Assistant after I graduate and Interview Match has helped me gain all the necessary skillsets needed to excel in my future goal.
