Hello, my name is Marcus, and I am a web design intern at Interview Match.

I currently live in Maryland and I am pursuing my Bachelor’s in digital media and Web Technology at the University of Maryland Global Campus. I have been with Interview Match for about a month now and I really enjoy working here. My responsibility is to design web pages that reflect the best needs of the company and ultimately turn those pages into a website. I work with the other interns to figure out what information needs to be presented and design accordingly.

Coming into this internship, I was expecting to learn skills that would help me in my path to becoming a web developer. While my skills have grown in the short time I have been here, I also feel thankful for the soft skills I have developed such as better, and more effective, communication. It feels good to be part of a team that supports you!
